Lietuvos liaudies buities muziejaus liaudies muzikos teatro trupė – Vai žydėk, žydėk: A beautiful, rustic, polka-punctuated invitation to bloom, music very much steeped in its culture and the goings-on of country folk. Features fun instrumentation on lively accordion, fiddle, and clarinet, as well as female choral vocals led by a woman calling out dance instructions (?). As for the male vocals, it’s almost as if the lead man tells a story before the male choral vocals burst forth.
