Paavo – The Third Song of the Peacock: On their third album, Pavvo’s number drops from 8-10 to 3, and it’s a stark shift in their sound, obviously much simpler and more stripped down. Vocals, piano, and sax / clarinet meet for a quirky yet serious conversation inside a mad birdhouse. Things mellow out near the end, once they’re all talked out, as it were. Imagine your dreams if you were sung to sleep with these ladies’ lullaby!
