Janko Nilovic – Rythmes contemporains: I feel like I’m sitting through a wonderful series of art house film trailers, because this music is so much larger than life, dramatic, and, of course, cinematic, even if not meaning to be. There’s no doubt about Nilović’s talent and vision, and on this album, he gets to command a 45-piece orchestra in the realization of his wonderful compositions.
