ДахаБраха [DakhaBrakha] & Port Mone – Хмелева Project: This is an intoxicating collaboration of bottled festival magic between the traditional Ukrainian folk band DakhaBrakha and Belarusian avant-folk band Port Mone, bringing together their vision and talent to create something quite hypnotic, music that takes its time to unfold and reveal itself to the listener, all the while swirling and droning around the female vocalists, the very heart of this project. This is open-ended music, granting the listener plenty of space to roam and explore.
