Mexico, 2018, nueva canción latinoamericana
Natalia Lafourcade – Musas Vol. 2: I know nothing about the musical traditions from which this album springs, but I trust my ears that I hear several different influences at work here. What they are I cannot say, but some songs sound more folksy, some more poppy, some more stripped down, some with full, lush sounds. And all along there is Natalia’s voice as sweet as sunshine, liquid light dropping all around me.
