UK, 1989, film score

Patrick Doyle – Henry V: O for a muse of fire! That’s how Shakespeare begins Henry V, and this is the exact line from which Doyle draws his theme, like water from a well, meant to refresh and inspire. This is as impressive a film score debut as I’ve ever heard, surely a surprise for the filmmaking world.
I’ve yet to hear one of his scores that was not amazing.
